I am a compassionate and driven leader with over 15 years of experience leading and building teams with a strategic and visionary approach. I bring a unique blend of program and service with finance and operations working my way from being an educator to a CFO. 

I love being innovative and collaborative and bring a strong track record of cross-functional problem-solving techniques using financial and operational approaches that deliver results. 

I consider myself a systems thinker and I build on the strengths of others and create pathways for development. I lead with an equity lens and enjoy traveling to new places to learn about the culture and history of different regions.

In my consulting, I work with small to mid-size businesses and non-profits to help them grow their business effectively and creatively through a process I call "synergy through connection".
